Your mission
As a Customer Success Associate, you will collaborate with the Customer Success & Retention Manager in ensuring our clients achieve success and maximise the value of our platform Hyro and our services. Your role is vital in helping ensure our customers continuously benefit from our product, aiding in contract renewals, and supporting our company’s growth. This involves:
- Community Building:
- Help in building and maintaining The Storytelling Company Community by setting up and managing the LinkedIn community channel and organizing community events.
- Client onboarding:
- Support in client onboarding projects to ensure a short time to value.
- Customer Relationships:
- Assist in establishing and maintaining customer relationships through regular check-ins and online meetings.
- Support in the organization and execution of customer satisfaction surveys and NPS scoring.
- Support in understanding customer challenges and objectives.
- Depending on your experience, you could get ownership of account(s)
- Product Communication & Training:
- Aid in the communication of new features and releases to customers.
- Help organize and host dedicated sessions for Hyro room leads and users.
- Responsible for preparation and distribution of product updates and roadmap information.
- Assist in training and educating users on Hyro functionalities.
- Customer Success Operations:
- Help monitor and track customer usage and adoption metrics.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback for business reviews and reports.
- Help communicate customer needs and feedback to internal teams.
- Sales & Renewals Support:
- Provide administrative support for license renewal processes.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
