- Manage the full sales cycle
- This means you collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies, support our business development managers in their daily business and help them close deals.
- You are responsible for preparing proposals, negotiating and concluding contracts. You work closely with the Strategy & Concepting team when creating these proposals.
- You actively use sales tools such as CRM software and other platforms to manage and track sales activity.
- Conversational excellence and uncovering pain points
- Communicating with clients and following up on leads;
- You know how to understand the clients needs and identify sales opportunities.;
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates;
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential leads;
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services;
- Increase upsells and cross-sell
- Upselling products and services.
- Respond to inbound inquiries from existing customers and provide customer service together with the customer success manager.
